    3. We source directly from farms but cannot guarantee against minor seasonal variations in product quality.

  3. Orders & Payments

    1. All orders are subject to product availability.
    2. Prices are subject to change without notice.
    3. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
    4. Your credit/debit card will be charged upon order confirmation.
    5. By providing payment information, you confirm you have permission to use that payment method.

  4. Delivery & Shipping

    1. All perishable items are shipped via refrigerated transport.
    2. Delivery dates are estimates only - we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
    3. Someone must be available to receive perishable deliveries.
    4. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

  5. Returns & Refunds

    1. Our refund policy is outlined in our separate Refund Policy.
    2. For quality issues, you must report them within 24 hours of delivery.
    3. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items.

  6. Account Responsibilities

    3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

    3. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable.

  12. Gift Cards

    1. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    2. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
    3. Gift cards expire 12 months from date of purchase.

    1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
    2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
